Amy is a cuddle bug at heart, but her outer shell is a little spicy! She takes a good while to open up, but once she does, she loves to purr for you and eat treats, and she goes NUTS for her absolute favorite treat - Inaba Churu.
Amy is still getting used to being petted... she VERY much wants to be loved and cuddled, but slow is the name of the game with Miss Amy. Stick to petting her back while she's being fed churu and you'll have her trust in no time.
Amy would do best in a quiet home with patient adopters who can start her off in one small room until she feels safe. Amy thrives best when she has a confident cat friend to model off of.
She is really coming out of her shell in foster with her current boyfriend, Fozzie, and they could possibly even be adopted together (what a love story)! Dogs and small kiddos are probably a little too much for her at the moment.
Amy is estimated to be about a year old. She has been spayed, dewormed, flea treated, microchipped, vaccinated, and has tested FIV/FeLV-. It will take someone with patience to make her feel fully at home, but Amy is worth the extra effort!
