My Story

Apple came to the Bingham County Humane Society after a soft hearted local resident found her in his garage with her collar wrapped around her neck and armpit. The collar had dug so deep into her armpit her arm nearly had to be amputated. She has been on antibiotics and been undergoing treatment for quite some time. At first she would hiss and swat at us when we would touch her sore area's all the while wanting to be petted so badly. She no longer hiss' or swat's...she is so affectionate and friendly. She is currently in a cage in a trailer as we have no open foster homes. Whenever someone comes in she rubs against the cage just hoping for some sort of attention. She desperately wants to be free from the cage and in a wonderful home she can call her forever home. There is nothing bad anyone could say about Apple. She seems to be very well mannered, sweet, and affectionate. Apple is current on all her vaccinations and has already been spayed. She is now simply waiting for her forever home!! Apple is to be an indoor only kitty. She will only be adopted to a home that will go outside with her if she does want to go outside. If you adopt Apple, you must agree to keep her vaccinated annually and have a financial cushion to take care of her should health issues arise and she needs veterinary care. Please take into consideration before adopting any pet that with owning a pet comes great financial responsibility that you must be prepared for at all times. If you are interested in seeing Apple or for more information about Apple call Bingham County Humane Society message phone at 208-680-3881 and ask for Apple in the trailer. Be sure to leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible. You can also e-mail us with your contact information at [email protected].
