He has a relatively moderate form of cerebellar hypoplasia, a congenital condition where he doesn't get all the perks of having a fully functional cerebellum. This means he has a harder time with coordinated movement. He is still figuring out his own body right now but we are confident as he grows and learns, he'll have an excellent quality of life.
Berlioz is currently being fostered in a home where he's adored by children and cat-friendly dogs.
