Bertha Bertha Bertha.... where to begin. Bertha is a 6 year old female cat that was surrendered after spending her whole life in one home. This change was not easy for her, and she took a long time to trust her foster mom. In typical Siamese fashion - she will yell at you for invading her space when she's not in the mood. (Or if she just doesn't like you.) Her foster dad is not yet her favorite human and she makes sure he knows it. However, her 6 year old human foster brother can giver her many hugs and pets. She lets her foster mom pet her belly and loves to sit on her lap. She does okay with other cats, but she would prefer to just be left alone if possible. Dogs would be okay as well if they just pretend she doesn't exist. This blue eyed beauty is going to need someone that understands what it takes to earn trust, and has the patience to give her all the time she needs. (We're talking multiple weeks to a few months.)
