Birdie came to us with a single kitten, she had lost the other 4 because she was living outside. Her owner passed away and she was living in the vacant garage for quite some time fending for herself. She was fiercely protective of her baby to other animals but totally fine with people. She is selective with animals, but seems to be okay with some kitties and smaller dogs that don't bother her. She took to another kitten I had right away and started grooming her and loving her. She really is a sweet heart.
She is VERY loving and will purr and love almost immediately no matter the person. We have three kids and their friends all loved to play with her.
