Bootstrap Bill was adopted from us as a kitten and found himself back in the rescue recently. He is an incredibly sweet cat, but he is timid at first. He would do best in a quiet home with people who are familiar with cats and helping him gain his confidence. Bootstrap LOVES other cats so he will be required to go to a home with other cats so he can feel comfortable and follow their lead. He would likely do ok in a home with dogs who are familiar with cats and more laid back. He just needs someone to give him the time to warm up and he will be your forever companion.
