B.P.

B.P. (about 3 months old as of 7/24/2024) is a male orange and white shorthaired kitten. When he was about 6 weeks old we got a call that there was a lone kitten out behind a British Petroleum gas station and he was friendly enough to be caught by hand and taken into foster care. There wasn't a mama cat or other kittens around so there is a very real possibility he was dumped there. Thankfully he was safe and healthy and adapted to indoor life just fine. He is a pesky little guy- always bugging the older kitties in his foster home and desperate to mess with the other adoptable kittens at our adoption events. He will definitely do best with another young, playful cat to keep him occupied. He is being fostered with a sweet large dog and would probably adapt well to most cat experienced dogs. He does great with kids- though like many only kittens he can be a little mouthy he is usually very gentle with his play bites and tolerates a lot of awkward handling. BP will be neutered August 8th (included in his $125 adoption fee) and available to go to his forever home shortly after that. He will be out on display Saturday August 3rd from 11-2 at the Waukegan Pet Supplies Plus if you'd like to come meet him and other kittens!
