12/15/08 Here I am again, saying hello, and sending out a special request for someone to love me.

8/24/08 New pictures again! Somebody here loves me. Well, they all love me, but I'm still hoping for a family of my own.

5/3/08 At last, some new pictures. I was beginning to think no one noticed me. What am I, chopped liver? (Hmmm. Chopped liver sounds good to me!)

4/16/08 Rats! I used to like to go 'shopping' at the old shelter by sneaking through the door to the thrift store. I this new place I can't do this. Look for me in the green room. I'd love an entire family to dote on me.

11/3/07 I'm still waaaaaaaaiting!

10/23/07 Some new pictures of patiently waiting me! Won't you please come and love me? I'd be so great as a member of your family.

8/13/07 I love to 'shop' in the adjoining thrift store, which really aggravates the volunteers, cuz I have to escape here to get there! heheheh I'm a loveable big gal, talkative, and up for adventures. I'd be a perfect family gal!

Many folks admire Brigid, so why is she still here?Brigid is a very beautiful adult tabby with a pretty reddish mark on her face. She tested negative for Leukemia and AIDs, is spayed and current on shots. She's quite easy going, loves her loving, and would fit in most anywhere except for a very animal-crowded home. She's a 'full-figured' kitty.

Our adoption fee is $45 with a cardboard cat carrier, or $40 if you provide a carrier. All cats must be transported safely in a carrier. Additional carriers are $5 each. The fee includes:

• Worming


• Testing for Leukemia and AIDs


• Core vaccinations (including rabies tag)


• Ear mite and flea check and treatment


• Spay/neuter or voucher for spay/neuter


• Free sample bag of Hill's Science Diet Cat/ Kitten Food


• Lifetime guarantee of the right for the cat/ kitten to be returned to the shelter for any reason.

Come to the shelter to complete an adoption application, or print one from the 'adoption' page of our website http://www.guardianangelscatclub.org and bring it in. Out of town adopters or those wishing to expedite the adoption process may bring proof that pets past and present have been spayed/neutered and kept current on shots. Please note we do not ship cats! Adopter must come in person to the shelter.

Our adoption contract requires that cats be returned to us if for any reason at any time you cannot or will not be able to keep the cat. This includes giving us the option to accept the cat back at the shelter if your vet recommends euthanasia (unless the cat is obviously very injured or sick and sufferering at the time).
