Hi there! I'm Buttercup. I'm not really the best at online dating, but here are a few things about me. What is a 13-year-old beauty doing on here? Well, unfortunately I found myself homeless after my owner passed away. My owner was amazing. I always felt safe and loved. This change really was unexpected for me. I've been at my foster home since February, decompressing and relaxing, and now I'm ready to find my forever home! I don't want to unpack my baggage on the first date, but emotionally, all these changes have been hard to deal with. Imagine being a senior kitty, in your golden years, and having to be completely uprooted. Everything you know- All the familiar sounds and smells- all gone in a flash. At first, I was really super shy and kept to myself. NOW I like to follow my foster mom around the house all day. I tolerate other cats- I don't try to play with them, but I also don't pick fights with them. We can coexist peacefully. When I'm not following and cuddling with my foster-mom, I like to find myself a nice comfy spot next to a window and watch the birdies, squirrels and chipmunks. I know this is a lot to ask, considering all the kittens out there, but can you please take a chance on me? Imagine how grateful I'll be to have another loving home. It may take a few months, like it did with my foster home, but I will come around and will love you for the rest of my life.
