Meet Eight

Eight got her name because from her first trip to the vet to get spayed. She had a bad reaction to the anesthesia and stopped breathing. She had to be resuscitated. She was blind and had mobility problems for about 4 days and then popped out of it returning back to the very active and loving girl you see now. We say she lost one of her 9 lives that day so she has been called 8 ever since. She doesn’t have any side effects from that experience that we can tell. She runs, jumps, hurdles, climbs, slides, stops, and purrs with the best of them. She is one of the most playful kittens I have ever seen or fostered. I don’t know if she ever takes a break. She seems to always be on the go. She does love to be petted and will stop for a petting pit stop on her way to another adventure.

Eight is good with other cats. She will hiss at them at first but quickly realizes they are play buddies. She just has a quick hiss trigger. She also gets along with dogs. Eight would be good as a play buddy for another young, active cat/kitten or she would be fine by herself as long as she has plenty of toys to play with. Please make sure you are ready for the activity level that comes with adopting Eight. She will treat your house like it is a Nascar race track and will make toys out of your belongings if she doesn’t have appropriate toys to play with and maybe even still if they look like more fun than hers. On a 1-10 scale of activity level she is a 15.

Eight is 5 months old. She is up to date on shots, spayed, and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $85
