My name is Feather! I, my mother, and my five brothers and sisters were found starving, dehydrated, and scared, huddled up in a storm drain in downtown Houston. After 3 days of my foster humans trying to figure out how to get to us to help, (and with hours of coaxing us out with food and crawling around the sewers!), our foster humans finally managed to grab us all. We were taken straight to the vet the next day to get checked out. Our mom was days from starving to death, so we were taken in just in time! Now we have as much food to eat and clean water to drink as we want, and we get to play and frolic all day long in the cool AC, away from the Houston heat! We are so much healthier and happier! I am quiet but lovable, with a delicate voice. I love cuddling with my sister and laying with you on the couch. I am sleek and lean, more than 2 years old.
