Grapes

Hi, my name is Grapes and I am looking for a home. A few months ago I was abandoned on a farm and left to fend for myself. Luckliy the woman who lived on the farm started to feed me and when she realized that I had a litter of kittens in tow she took all of us to the Victoria Pet Adoption Society so that I could be fixed and we could all find good, loving homes. All of my kittens have been adopted and I am now in foster care waiting for a home of my own. The vets at VPAS figure that I am about 3 years old and they spayed me about a month ago. Now that I am living in a foster home I have discovered that I really like other cats and I like some dogs but not the really hyper ones. I am a very shy girl because of the traumatic experience of being left on my own and having to fend for myself. I really like to roll on by back and have my belly scratched and I like to get lots of pats, but I am still nervous in new situations and it takes me a little while to be comfortable with new people. I need a quiet home where someone will be patient with me and help me to become comfortable. I would be happiest in a home with another kitty or two that would be my friend.
