Hitchcock/Adopted

Hitchcock is a very large 7-year-old Maine Coon. He is a very friendly boy who will sit on your lap. He also likes to lay on you and will stretch out his front paws to hug you. Hitchcock is a quiet cat who loves to be brushed and will purr. He's really a big baby. He has never scratched or bitten, but will do best with adults and older children. Hitchcock has a special talent. He will fetch! If you crumple up a piece of paper and throw it, he will go get it and bring it back to you. He has been around both cats and dogs and gets along with both. Hitchcock will be a little scared at first but once he warms up he will be your friend for life. He's a very special boy.

This was posted on 4-12-08. As we have only had him for a few days , most of this bio came from the prior owner, who had decided she didn't want him anymore and took him to the Vet to be euthanized. We took him in because we feel he deserves to have a longer life. He is in perfect health but does need to lose some weight.

Here is Hitchcock at about 2 months old. He was really cute!
