Jack Frost is a very sweet boy. He was found within a cat colony frozen to the asphalt. He has had severe respiratory issues, but he has since then gotten much better. He is a bit shy at first but turns into an absolute love bug once he gets to know you. He even likes belly rubs! He also loves to play with toys and eat bunches of treats.
