Sweet Jane is a 12 year old senior girl who was surrendered to the shelter when her lifelong owner died. Despite losing her home, Jane maintains her gentle and docile disposition in the shelter environment, and loves receiving head pats and gentle scratches from her caretakers. Jane can be found most days lounging in her plush bed, waiting for her favorite humans to come in and give her some attention.
Jane has been diagnosed with early kidney disease, and drinks/ pees more than the typical cat. She eats k/d wet food only - no dry - as well as hydracare packets to support her hydration. She is not on medication as her kidney disease is still early on.
