Janice

Meet Janice! Sweet Janice came to us in July 2024 as part of an extreme hoarding case. While she may still be a little timid, we would love for Janice to blossom into her personality in her forever home! While she has not been in our care for long we are already seeing Janice's curious side start to come out. With every day that goes by she is more willing to say hello to visitors and staff on her own terms! Janice does still prefer the quietness of a kitty bed and would do best in a calm home but we are all very excited to see such big progress in her already! Janice is not a huge fan of being held but is happy to get head scratches and gentle pets. If she is curled up and happy in her bed or on her blanket she will even knead biscuits as she receives her attention! Janice has done well with cats and came from a home with many of them. Until she has truly let her personality shine, a home with furry friends that respect her space would be best. She is still shy when meeting new people but is a sweetheart to the ones she is comfortable with. Any young human friends will need to understand that she will need time to adjust. If you have some extra TLC to give then stop by and visit with Janice! Janice is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.
