**BONDED WITH CHANDLER**Hi, I'm little Joey, they call me that because I was the runt of Mama's litter, but now I weigh more than my sister Phoebe! I have really long legs so I think I am growing good! They say I am a very handsome boy with tuxedo markings and beautiful white whiskers...who can resist?? I do like to snuggle up on your lap and will fall asleep if you pet me enough, that's of course, once I get all my energy out because I love to play and romp with my big brother Chandler. My Mama, Rachel, was looking for a safe place for us and decided under a house was warm and dry. Luckily for us the nice people that lived there rescued us and now we are living it up at our foster home. I would love to go to my permanent family, with my brother Chandler, we have a special bond and feel much safer when we are together. I would probably do better if you have someone for me to play with at your house (of the cat variety) cause after all I am a kitten and I have lots of energy and don't want to get too lonely or bored. I have never met dogs, so not sure on that one. I also use the litter box like a pro, so no worries there.
