Teacher Remarks: Johnny is a *some assembly required* hero who needs a patient, considerate, and settled home. John was adopted into an unsafe home and came back to us after 1.5 years. In that time, he developed a strong fear of being picked up and moved. When he is comfortable, he rolls around, begs for full body scratches (even gentle belly pets!), chirps for wet food, and has a sing-song purr that will melt your heart. He would benefit from any cat companionship and never hisses or reacts negatively to new feline friends. He has a good history with large, gentle, calm dogs and is not recommended for a home with small children.
