If you need an example of the tireless work we invest in the pets in our care, look no further than Jonquil. This timid momma was brought to us by her rescuer months before she was ready to meet the adoption floor. After completing the nurturing care of her litter, she was then moved to a quiet place to help her relearn how to feel about humans. Overtime, she's welcomed the gentle hands she once feared, and has emerged as a little door greeter who sometimes surprises herself with her relative bravado. The time spent helping Jonquil overcome her fears has been well spent, and we look to an experienced home with older kids to continue the great work we've put into delivering Jonquil from her timid past to her tranquil future.
