Joy will start out just a bit shy as she settles in to a new home or when first meeting new people. But once she adjusts she is very friendly and extremely loving. She's playful but also part-independent and likes her kitty R&R sunning herself on her kitty tower and bird or squirrel watching. She gets very hissy with other animals if they are not laid back and gives her the personal space she prefers from other pets. Joy has shown some fear of dogs and as she starts out timid, likely no small active children would be best.
