Junie is a resilient and spirited feline who was rescued in June and is how she cleverly got her name. After bravely fending for herself and her kittens, Junie has proven to be a friendly cat who just needs the right environment to thrive. She has a unique "hot and cold" personality, likely stemming from her protective nature as a mother and her time spent surviving outdoors. Junie is so sociable that she might try to walk right into your home and rub against your legs every chance she gets. However, she prefers to express her affection on her own terms, making her a cat who appreciates less touching. She will roll around to show you her belly, but this is not an invitation for pets. Junie would be an ideal addition to a shop, indoor/outdoor home, or barn setting where she can enjoy being independent with the safety of a caretaker for simple shelter, company, and food.
