Hi! My name is Katie and I was born in a preserve. Let me tell you, life hasn't been easy but I'm a true survivor, even through all those hurricanes last summer. Being very scared and hungry, I approached a nice lady and she started taking care of me, but she already has a cat, and we just can't get along. I love her little dog but need a home where I will be the only cat. Won't you please give me a chance? I will be good company for you and I promise to be very loving when I get to know you. I 'm really quite beautiful and only about 11 months old. I look just like "Chessie" the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad's logo cat. I don't eat much, meow nicely, play with my toys and have even learned to purr in contentment. I love to have my tummy rubbed. Please adopt me. I promise, you won't be sorry.
