I'm Kauai, and I'm almost 2 years old, and really glad to be here, cuz it was a narrow thing that I got here at all! See, me and my siblings were caught in the edge of a "field fire" one fall and thank goodness we could all yell real loud, because just in time some kind humans rescued us. Whew. That was a narrow escape! We came to a Magicats foster place, and that's where we grew up. We were a bit singed around the edges, and it's taken a while for whiskers and such to grow back, but we're big and healthy and happy guys. I was adopted into a great home but, after about a year, things changed (not my fault!) and I had to come back to Magicats. I'm still the same happy-go-lucky, affectionate guy and now I'm looking for my furrever home (I hope it sticks this time!).
