One eye, all heart! This gorgeous little lap panther arrived in our program with a horribly injured eye one rainy morning and was immediately taken to surgery. The eye couldn't be saved but it didn't slow sweet Leela down one bit. She settled right into her foster home and took full advantage of her tough start, letting the boys in the house carry her around like a baby for the first few weeks. Spoiled and absolutely unrepentant, Leela currently spends her days alongside several other foster kittens, running and playing like her tragic backstory never even happened. Cats are magic like that! Leela would be happiest in a home with another cat to hang out with her. She's fabulous with kids and loves attention but she's got an independant streak a mile wide and won't be an overly clingy companion. She loves treats and toys and wouldn't oppose a big cat tree in front of a nice window. We know her perfect family is out there, could it be you?
Leela will arrive in the northeast on August 10th. Her adoption fee is $300 which includes spay, microchip, and up to date vaccines and transport to one of our numerous dropoff cities in the northeast. She is negative for FIV and FeLV. Interested?
