Leonard is a sweet young male kitty who arrived at the shelter after experiencing quite an ordeal! He was found as a stray, and when the people took him to the vets to be fixed, they mistakenly thought he was a she..and tried to spay him. Then he was neutered! After all this you would think poor Leonard would be hissing and growling, but all he was...was happy to be safe and warm. he took a bit to recover, but Leonard is now a real sweetie pie. He and another one of our residents, Rueger, have become great buddies...and it would be so nice for these tow handsome black kitties to find their new home together! Little Leonard also is EXTREMELY playful. Even when he first came to us and was groggy and quiet, he loved his toy mice, or a ball or a dangly toy from the top of his crate.
