IN 4-12-06. This tiny little purebred Persian was given up after her owner for 6 years suffered several heart attacks and had to go into an assisted living facility. She was very sad to loose her companion, but knew she could no longer care for her.
Persian's need constant brushing and combing. They have very high maintenance coats. These long haired cats were developed by "man" and are not outdoor or farm cats. They must be kept inside and not allowed outside in the rain or bad weather. They also need regular (at least quarterly) professional grooming.
Leah (short for Leoness) is a very tiny, sweet, affectionate cat that has never known a harsh word or empty food bowl. She is wonderful to groom and has had a loving, kind life. She is 6 years old and loves nothing more than to lay for hours in your lap while you pet her silky, satin fur.
