Mal (Malcolm)

When Malcolm's owner had to return him to us, we quickly saw a heart-broken boy who didn't understand how he ended up in an adoption center. He was understandably upset. He was clearly strongly bonded to his former owner and didn't want anyone else giving him attention. Now that Mal is in a foster home, he is all purrs and play time! While still a little nervous, we've engaged him in play with wand toys and laser pointer. Malcolm LOVES catnip and will quickly conquer any toy. He'll thrive in a quiet home where he can again bond with his next person; he'll reward you with the cutest little chirpy meows. Having lived in a home with several other cats, he'd be fine with other cats that don't bully him as he's a gentle soul, but he'd also be fine as a single cat. He really just wants toys, wet food and a cat tree where he can gaze out the window to watch the world go by. Malcolm has been fine sharing space with the large breed, gentle dog in his foster home.
