These two brothers are 16 weeks and healthy cute boys. They are timid, the place they came from was not safe for them and they were unwelcome. They are getting more social every day, will take treats from your hand and will play right around your feet and will approach you when you walk in the bathroom and sniff your hand then headbutt your hand and purr and allow you to pet them. They still hiss every once in a while if you startle them and try to get away when you go to pick them up, but once they are picked up, they calm down and purr and really enjoy pets. They have never tried biting or scratching, not even at the vet.
They DESPERATELY need a patient, caring adopter to step up. They will never be the bravest cats, more than likely will hide when strangers come over, but I KNOW that if someone took the time to bond with them, they could learn to love and what it is like to be loved. They deserve a chance to get past their fear and they deserve to be loved. They’re still so young and small at 4 pounds. They will for sure make lovely companions after winning their trust and forming an unbreakable bond.
