This sweet feline was found living as a stray and when her rescuer (now foster) began providing food, it was discovered she was pregnant. In the first few weeks, she was quite confused, but with patience and love, her gentler, playful nature began to shine through. After successfully delivering and raising her kittens, she is now ready for her furever home. She is friendly on her own terms. She is a bit of a gentle nipper, especially when she is hungry, so we think she would do best with adults and older children that understand how to interact with her. She is playful and enjoys chasing after anything attached to the end of a string. She also loves to lay on cardboard. May's new family must understand cats and have the patience while earning her trust. She is a wonderful cat who deserves a loving home. We think she would be happiest being your only pet and the center of your attention. May is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and treated for parasites.
