My Story

Do you like to camp? Hike? It sounds like fun until the state park is your year-round home. I’m Meadow, one of several cats who have been found in Whitewater State Park since last summer. We’re thought to be related. I’m Meadow, named for the Meadow Trail in the Park. I’m a pretty, 1-year-old brown tabby female who was found with my 10-week-old female kitten Valley, who's been adopted. I was very nervous and hissy when I was brought here, as you might imagine, and it has taken me some time to settle in. But I’ve come a long way since I arrived in early January! I’m a quiet, mellow girl who’s become much friendlier. I have a beautiful striped coat with a pattern resembling dashed lines, and you’re going to want to pet me. Please do! I love that! I am not extremely active, but I do play some. Once I know someone, I waltz right up to greet them when they enter my room. I’ve already come a long way; imagine how much more I can grow when I go home to be your beautiful Meadow. I am required to go home with my friend Eagle -- we are best buddies. Adoption fee $100 + microchip fee $30 + tax
