Mikey Mike

Mikey Mike is a simple boy with simple joys. He loves snacks, comfy beds, and his signature move: the headbutt. He greets you in the morning with headbutts, he asks for food with headbutts, he even prefers headbutts over rubbing against your legs. He loves pairing his signature move with croaky purrs and occasional quack-like meows. He has taken on two jobs during his time in foster care: Guard Cat and Therapist Mikey. He often sits with his back facing towards you as he watches over the rest of the room, making sure you’re protected. If he thinks you’re upset, he’ll immediately come over and give headbutts until he thinks you’re better. He takes his jobs very seriously. He has urinary crystals, which needs to be managed with a specific diet. He is currently on Stella and Chewy’s pate food. He also has some chronic throat irritation, so he does best on wet food only. Like most cats, he does best when he is on a schedule, and can get stressed out when his meals are unpredictable. Otherwise, Mikey is happy and healthy, and does not need any extra medical support. He will do well in most households. He loves humans and other cats. He immediately greets visitors, and will take on guard duty for them as well. He is a little wary of dogs, but with a slow introduction, he will adjust. DOB: 04/30/2022 All cats are altered, microchipped, dewormed and given age appropriate vaccinations.
