In the heart of a bustling shelter, Misty arrived with a badly broken leg that had an open wound and nerve damage. Because of this, she was on the list to be euthanized but we took her into rescue and had the leg amputated. She is now happier than ever!
Playful antics abound as Misty and her foster siblings engage in playful wrestling, reveling in every swat, leap, and joyous pounce. Each day is a new adventure; every sound is an invitation to explore, to love, and to live.
Misty has been raised with children and would do well in a home with cat-savvy kids. She has no limitations despite being a tripod - she is learning how to go up and down stairs and she uses the litter box with no problem! Misty embodies the spirit of hope—a reminder that even the most uncertain beginnings can blossom into something joyful.
