Mittens is 7 year olds and was dumped at a local shelter by her owner. Mittens was rescued from the shelter, but she was so upset at all the scary changes in her life that she just quit eating. She couldn’t understand why the family that had her for so long suddenly decided they didn’t want her anymore. To save her life, she had to have a feeding tube inserted in her neck so she could be easily fed with a syringe. After many months of having to eat 6 times a day through her feeding tube, she has once again regained her zest for life. Mittens is now happy and playful in her foster home. Can you be the one to offer a forever home to this sensitive girl so she will never have to be afraid of being abandoned again?
Mittens would do well in a quiet home with maybe one other animal.
Mittens is spayed, front declawed, litter box trained and up to date on vaccinations.
