Mowgli was a stray cat found in Camdenton, so we don't know her history. She was in pretty rough shape when she was brought in, but has put on some weight and is ready for her forever home. She does enjoy petting, but can get over stimulated and nip. So, she would probably be best in a family without small children, as they won't know when to leave her alone.
