Ol'Bessie: #ADOPTABLE from her Foster Home
Female, domestic medium hair, orange and white
Ol' Bessie is looking for her new bestie. Bessie is a happy, loving cat who is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Once she settles in - which shouldn't take long - you'll be blessed with beautiful Bessie dancing around your feet and greeting you with enthusiastic chirps and meows.
She gives lovingly-firm head boops and even gives her foster parents the occasional lick on the nose. Bessie has recently discovered the wide world of cat toys and is having a blast playing with everything she finds.
While she's mature and polite, she's also enthusiastic and appreciates a fun time. One of her favorite things to do is to happily rub her face on everything. The cat tree, the bathroom door, the chair, the table... nothing is safe from her affections. Her antics will make you giggle.
She would like an adopter who is around plenty and able to spend lots of time with her so she doesn't feel lonely, but she's also pretty good at keeping herself entertained. She can occasionally be a little sassy if overstimulated or asked to do something she doesn't want to, but she says all good queens need a tiny bit of attitude to balance out their benevolence.
She's going to make a wonderful, affectionate companion to her forever person. She looks forward to telling you stories, answering your questions, and discussing your day.
Bessie has met multiple other cats. Generally she's totally fine with them and mostly indifferent, but she can get a little cranky if they are too in-your-face or if they try to play with the toy she wants. She'd likely be just fine with another cat who respects her boundaries (with proper introductions), but would also be happy as queen of the castle.
Bessie has a gorgeous, thick, fluffy coat. Overall it doesn't require much maintenance, but brushing her at least once a week will help keep it soft and free of mats. Thankfully, she enjoys being brushed.
