Hi, my name is Peanut. My foster dad calls me Sweet Pea. I started my young life outside until a very nice lady started feeding me. She couldn't keep me forever so I went to my foster home with JCAPL. It was very strange to be inside all the time and living in a house gave me so much to explore. I have to say, I really like it. There are toys to play with, other cats, and two big dogs. They just like to lay around a lot. I'm still kinda shy about being picked up, but I do like to hang with my foster mom. She gives me lots of pets. I'm not too sure about my foster dad yet. He seems ok, though. As much as I like it here I'm ready for my forever home. I would love to have another friendly kitty to play with, and people who will appreciate how cute I am. Are you interested in adopting Peanut or another JCAPL pet you have seen? There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. Completed applications can be sent via email to [email protected] , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
