PENELOPE! A sweet lady rescued her along with her mom, brother & sister when they were just newborn kittens. She bottle fed the kittens & had them all vaccinated & fixed but already had enough cats of her own so gave them to VAP. This little family is gorgeous & has been well taken care of.
