Penny was a shy kitten but has blossomed in her foster home into a sweet, young cat. At three years old, Penny has all the hallmarks of a Maine coon: She has the soft fur, bushy tail, and ruffle around her neck and paws that look like little mitts. Once she knows you Penny is a total lap cat. She would do best as an only cat where she can get all the attention. This sweet beauty deserves nothing less.
Penny has FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), which is a virus transmitted between cats mainly by biting. Casual contact does not transmit this virus and it is not transmitted to people or dogs. As an indoor-only kitty, with an excellent diet, and a healthy and loving home environment, Penny should be able to live a reasonably normal life. It in know way affects her sweetness!
