Pennzoil is named after motor oil because, that is what he smelled like when he came in as a stray. Whatever he went through as a stray has not stopped him from being the most loving boy. He loves any kind of loves and rubs and will just fall over for belly rubs. Pennzoil needs a loving home Where he can be his shyly outgoing self, with all the love and affection.
