Extra special cat looking for an extra special human!! My name is Pepper, and I'm about two to three years old. Life at the shelter is tough for me. The humans here are really nice and take good care of me daily, but I'm a very shy girl. I spend my time just observing shelter life and keeping to myself. I am starting to warm up to the humans a bit, and I do pep up a bit when wet food is in my bowl! My ideal home would be one where I am the only animal and allowed time to acclimate and just be. I need someone who understands cats, is loving, patient and willing to let me adjust in my own time. I do have a flea allergy so with that and my shy temperament a life indoors would be best. The humans at the shelter think that given time, love and patience, I will make a great companion.
