This cat is located in Tuscaloosa, AL. --------------------- Pretty Pepper is looking for a new home in which she can be the Queen of the Castle. Rescued off the euthanasia list at a county shelter, Pepper was adopted from someone with a very kind heart who could not stand to see this sweetheart suffer. Pepper wants to be loved, but it needs to be on her terms. There is no telling what happened to her before she found herself on Death Row, but what we do know is that she wants attention, but is still getting used to the idea of pets. Unfortunately, the home she found herself in has six other cats and that is just not a recipe for success in Pepper's eyes because after all she has been through, she does not want to share the spotlight! With a slow introduction, Pepper may do well with another furry friend to show her the ropes and help her build her confidence. Pepper loves pate food, but only the fish flavors. Her favorites if the ocean whitefish. She loves treats, gets a small amount of wet food twice a day and has access to dry food all the time. She loves to play and chase things that jingle. She likes pets, but on her terms and if she gives you her belly to scratch, that's when you'll know she really loves you. She is already spayed and will be fully vaccinated prior to adoption.
