Phil will keep you laughing at his antics. He will act like he doesn't want to cuddle but after he's used all his kitten energy, he will melt into your lap. He is a bundle of energy and charges around playing and tumbling. Phil is super curious and is the first to investigate anything new. He has lived in a foster home with older cats and older children. He has no exposure to dogs. He must be adopted into a home with a young cat or with one of his siblings, Hades, Hercules or Megg. Come meet Phil and you will want to take him home !
