Philly was born outside after his mama was tossed out of her home when the homeowner passed away. He gets along great with other cats, especially his very adoptable brother Shorty and mama Georgette. Philly is shy, but super kind and gentle. He's ready for his forever home where he can finally feel safe and lounge around looking irresistably handsome!
