Meet Phineas. Yeh.....hes got a nerdy name, and just like every nerd, he'll outsmart you at every turn if you're not paying attention. He's probably the smartest cat his foster mom has ever had in her care. He's curious and loves to be part of everything you do. He's not necessarily one to cuddle up with you, but he's always nearby. He loves to play, and be entertained. If he gets bored, he's not afraid to create his own fun. He's fascinated by moving water and rippling blankets while you make the bed. He's opinionated and likes to do things on his terms, but he does know the word no and will follow the rules.....but he might pout about it. While he's quirky, all those quirks are very endearing and he'll be the best buddy for the right family. He's good with other cats, although he's a little rough and tumble. He doesn't mind dogs once they're properly introduced. He'd probably be most comfortable in a home with older children or all adults.
