I was found in Chicago with my mom and two siblings, and though I'm not sure how I celebrated my first birthday here at RWAR, I know I'm showered with love by my foster mom. I adore her cats and fluffy dog, and I have a special talent for making friends. There's nothing I love more than getting pets and purring contentedly, followed by a cozy cuddle session. My foster mom always says I'm the perfect kitty, and I have to agree! If you're looking for a loving, playful, and purr-fect companion, look no further—I'm ready to fill your home with joy and affection! Phoebe is currently in a foster home in Chicago's southwest suburbs and can be seen by appointment once an adoption application is completed and approved by the rescue.
