Phoenix is one of the infamous Waterbury22. He and his housemates came to our shelter after being dumped outside Waterbury Animal Control in the snow, in freezing temperatures, covered in their own excrement.
After a couple of months in foster care where he was given proper vet care, good food, and some much needed TLC, Phoenix is ready for his forever home. He has lived with many other cats and gets along fine with female cats. Phoenix is a sassy boy with tons of personality who is learning to enjoy pets and chin scratches. He would be best suited for a home with adults. NO dogs for Phoenix!
Phoenix is about 4-5 years old. He is neutered, vaccinated, tested FeLV/FIV negative, and is microchipped. Phoenix is current on flea/tick prevention.
