Pico

Meet Pico! Sweet Pico came to the rescue from the ACCT timestamp list because they were having trouble managing his cracked and bleeding skin. After some trial and error we have found that he has some food sensitivity and allergies. He is now a happy healthy guy who LOVES spending his time by the window “hunting” the birds outside. He loves humans the most and immediately rolls over for belly scratches when he sees his people. He begs for head rubs, and never allows you to sit down without putting his front paws on you to ask for some love. This guy has a lot of personality, but seems afraid of most other cats. With a very slow, careful introduction, he has enjoyed sharing space with his foster sister (calm kitten). They play chase together, Pico grooms her, and they hunt the outside birds through the window together! Pico would love to be the only pet, but we think with a slow introduction to another calm and friendly cat, he would do fine. It's important to take this introduction slowly. He is a happy quirky guy who loves to bring you his gingerbread man toy to throw for him (hasn’t quite figured out fetch, as he doesn’t always bring it back!) and to chase lure toys.
