Hi, my name is Pico! I am a sweet older boy who was found outdoors by a very nice person feeding other stray cats. I am shy but I warm up quickly, especially if you offer me some cat treats, and I will start rubbing against your hand so that you pet me! As I continue to get more confident around people, you will see how wonderful I am! I need a kind and patient adopter who will give me all of the time I need to get comfortable in your home. I am positive for FIV, and the staff can give you more information about that. FIV positive kitties can live long lives just like any other cat, and can live safely with cats who are negative as long as the cats get along with each other. That means in the right home, I can be housed with other laid-back cats who are FIV negative. You can come meet me anytime Wednesday through Monday between 12-4pm, no appointment needed (Tuesdays we are open by appointment only).
