This adorable little cow baby is just as sweet as they come. He loves to get pets of all kinds. He especially loves full body scratches. Under his chin and behind his ears are his favorites. He loves playing with all kinds of toys, but wand toys and nerf balls are his favorites. He spends most of his playtime chasing his siblings in and out of their tunnels. His kitten energy is unmatched. Like a few other babies in his litter, Pinochle has a very slight case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia. Sounds scary, but all it means is that the part of his brain that controls balance didn't form properly, so he's a tiny bit wobbly when he walks. He has no issues getting around, eating, using the litter box or jumping up on the bed to snuggle with his siblings. His slight wobble won't get any worse and he will learn to adjust to his unsteadiness better as he gets older. CH doesn't not mean a shorter lifespan. Cats with CH live just as long as any non-CH cat. Pinochle is a very social baby and would love a home with another kitty or gentle doggie. He craves attention and having the companionship of another four legged friend would help keep him company and out of trouble. We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs! There are several reasons why Pinochle would do good with a friend, including: -Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you! -Having two kittens to play with each other prevents "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues. -Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see. -The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people. -You'll save two lives instead of one! Pinochle is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained. Pinochle's adoption fee is $165. Please note A.R.F. does not approve applications for any kitten under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
