** In order to adopt a kitten from HSMC, you must live within an hour of the shelter. You will initially "foster to adopt" the kitten and then the adoption will be finalized when they are brought back for their spay/neuter surgery. You will need to bring the kitten back for vaccines and exams prior to their spay neuter/surgery** Say hello to the darling, Pippen. This adorable little guy was brought to us after his previous owner was unable to keep him. Pippen has an estimated birthdate of 3/20/24, so he's only about 15 weeks old. This sweet boy has been lucky enough to spend time in a foster home, which is where he currently resides. This little cutie with a half moustache is a total joy according to his foster mom! Pippen is a spunky guy who loves to climb, explore, wrestle with his foster sister, Henrietta. He also loves to play with every toy in the house! When he's sleepy, he loves to snuggle up on a nice, warm lap and be petted while he purrs up a storm. His foster mom says that he would do best in a home with other kitties (or adopted with another kitten, perhaps Henrietta- that's her in the picture!) His foster mom has dogs and she has reported that Pippen is terrified of dogs, so he would likely do best in a home without them since they are a source of stress for him. Pippen does wonderfully with people of all ages and would do great with kids. Would you like to meet this cutie patootie and maybe, Henrietta too?
